Terms of use

By creating an account, listing a property, contacting an agent, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

FindHogar is an online marketplace that allows owners, agents, and agencies ("Professionals") to publish real estate listings, and allows buyers and renters ("Users") to browse, save, and contact Professionals about those listings.

FindHogar is not a party to any transaction between Users and Professionals. We do not own, sell, rent, or appraise any of the properties listed on the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, location, photos, square metres, legal status, and ownership.

You may not publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, or that violates any third-party right. We may remove any listing or content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Some features (boost credits, professional plans, Instagram generator, premium agency tools) are paid. Pricing and the scope of each plan are described on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been delivered or consumed.

You may not scrape, copy, or republish Platform content without written authorisation; bypass technical measures; submit malicious code; or use the Platform to send unsolicited communications.

We may monitor activity for fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms and take any action we consider appropriate, including suspending or terminating accounts.

The Platform, its design, code, brand, and underlying software are owned by FindHogar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

By submitting content (listings, photos, descriptions) you grant FindHogar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and adapt it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindHogar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FindHogar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, transactions with Professionals, or the conduct of any third party.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued access would create risk for the Platform or its users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FindHogar S.A. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
